Patricia Krout graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in business economics.  After joining the firm in 1991, she completed her master’s degree in taxation at Golden Gate University.  She has served as President of the Santa Barbara Chapter of the American Society of Women Accountants and as the President of the Channel Counties Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.   She also spent many years as the chair of the local Scholarship Committee.   Patricia was promoted to partner in 2008.

• Favorite vacation you’ve taken: Off the grid camping on Santa Barbara Island in the rain during Spring.  Abundant giant coreopsis and brown pelicans everywhere.
• What is your side gig/passion project/hobby? Gardening, hiking and animal rescue.
• Favorite concert you’ve attended: Alejandro Escovedo with Tosta at the Lobero Theatre.  They played an acoustic set in the audience (right next to me), it was magic.
