Morgan Dominguez

Morgan Dominguez earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Northern Illinois University in 2018 and began her career teaching first and fourth-grade math in Chicago. By late 2023, she was ready for a new challenge and joined Prosperity Partners as an Executive Assistant, where she manages schedules, coordinates meetings, and handles various administrative tasks. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, as a lifelong learner always looking to progress in any way she can. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or searching for the next great meal, usually with her dog by her side.

EXPERTISE: Administration

• Favorite thing about Prosperity Partners: I It’s a toss-up between the work-life balance and the amazing company culture. The supportive environment and talented coworkers make it easy to enjoy coming to work every day.
• Favorite vacation: Spending five months in Beijing, China, where I taught English, wandered through ancient sites, and ate my way through the city. Hiking the Great Wall was unforgettable, even if the humidity was a bit much.
• Side gig/passion project/hobby: I have a side gig writing and revamping resumes. I’m always looking for ways to help others and love being able to incorporate my writing skills! As for hobbies, staying active by trying new workouts and sports, and whipping up healthier versions of sweet treats.
• Favorite workout or sport to play: Pilates or anything that keeps me moving and feeling energized.
• What would your last meal be? A perfectly cooked steak (lots of butter), buttery potatoes au gratin, asparagus, and cherry cheesecake—no substitutions.
