Mazin El Harithcpa

Harith joined the firm in 2024 as a Senior Accounting Associate. He brings to the table a diverse set of experiences in accounting, flow-through entity tax, and small business acquisitions. He started his career within the construction and real estate tax group at a national public accounting firm and later moved on to a boutique firm to focus on serving small business clients before ultimately joining Prosperity Partners.

Harith is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Medical Sciences and Technology and a master’s degree in law, business, and economics from the University of Law.

Outside of work, Harith spends time playing and watching soccer, working out, and listening to podcasts.

EXPERTISE: Small Business Accounting, Business Tax Compliance

• Favorite thing about my job: Being able to support clients as they grow their businesses. It’s incredibly rewarding to look up one day and see that the small two-person operation you remember from not too long ago has grown to a 30-person team.
• Best Dish: Taking a very liberal interpretation of the word dish here and going with Limonada (Brazilian lemonade). It doesn’t take much to master and once you have it down it is the perfect summer drink.
• Board Game: Risk! It’s simple to understand, merit based, rewards risk, and has a well weighted luck component so it won’t ruin your family night like
  Monopoly.
• Favorite Sport: Soccer. I’ve played soccer since I can remember and still find time to do it today. Indoor, outdoor, messy pickup, organized league – doesn’t matter, I’m in! Favorite player of all time: Ricardo Kaka.
• Favorite Movie Quote: “First prize is a Cadillac Eldorado. Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you’re fired.”
