NDH Advisors Rebrands as Prosperity Partners

CHICAGO —September 4, 2024 — NDH Advisors LLC (“NDH”), a Chicago-headquartered accounting firm, today announced that the company has rebranded as Prosperity Partners, a name that aligns with the firm’s core values, commitment to top-tier client service and mission to be the leading destination for tax and accounting talent.

Founded in 2003 as “NDH” by three former Big Four tax professionals seeking to build a better accounting firm, the company quickly developed a reputation as a people-first organization that provides the highest caliber tax and accounting services to its sophisticated clientele. In 2023, following an equity investment from Unity Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm, NDH scaled its platform by investing heavily in infrastructure and technology and adding offices in Kansas City, Houston, Philadelphia, Santa Barbara, Detroit, and Washington D.C.
